Nettinx is a fast-growing Nigerian e-commerce company. We're expanding quickly and aiming to scale. As part of this growth, we’re hiring a Social Media Manager to drive engagement, increase visibility, and convert followers into customers.
Role Overview
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics partners, tracking customer orders, and ensuring a high customer satisfaction rate. This is a critical execution-focused role for someone who can work fast and is highly organized.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage daily orders across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, CRM).
Confirm customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, or email and ensure payment/delivery confirmation.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics providers for timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor delivery performance and address delivery issues quickly (e.g., failed deliveries, wrong items).
Maintain accurate sales records and help forecast daily/weekly inventory needs.
Manage returns, refunds, and order-related customer service requests.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and fulfillment teams to optimize the customer journey.
Help identify sales trends and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or logistics.
Experience working in a pay-on-delivery or COD-based online store (preferred).
Familiarity with CRMs or sales tracking tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Airtable, or similar.
Comfortable handling customer communication and resolving issues professionally.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
